Basically we can achieve 98% accuracy, because the stock status is updated every morning, and the data would also be changed automatically if customer placed order. So, almost 98% orders would be in stock. And if any dress not available, we will notify within 12 hrs.

There’s no brand label and tag but care label with size when the dress are made, you can sell it with your own brand easily. We can also offer label service as long as label provided, you can refer to our Label service policy.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 business days (50% faster than other wholesale platforms). Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
The shipping cost is according to your order quantity and destination country. It will calculated automatically when you checkout.
Returns
Customers can return the parcel within 7 days after receiving it only if there is any quality issue. All items must be new, unworn, unused and must have the original package intact or we will not accept the return. We will refund or exchange the products once we have checked the condition of items. Customers will also need to pay for the return cost by themselves.
